This ‘oh so’ simple recipe makes for a perfect snack or side to your favourite evening meal. We have these on a Sunday afternoon when we’ve come back from a quick surf (just before dinner).

INGREDIENTS
• 250 gm. Ground Beef
• 1 large Egg
• ½ cup Grated Parmesan
• ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella
• 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
• 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
• ½ teaspoon Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 205°C. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a mixing bowl, using hands, combine all ingredients and knead together until well-incorporated.
- Form mixture into equal-sized meatballs and place on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 – 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly and serve warm
