Ingredients: 100% hydrolysed bovine Collagen Peptides (type 1 & 3), Natural Cocoa, MCT Powder, Coconut Milk Powder, VitaFibre Tapioca fibre, Decadent chocolate flavour, Vegetable gum (Arabic), Thaumatin
How much? Add 2 scoops (16.5 g) with 200ml of boiling water and stir well until thoroughly mixed
