Australian Shipping

All parcels will be delivered via Courier or Australian post (dropped at your letterbox or door).

All orders are charged at standard rates of $9.95 (inc GST).

Order Delivery times are provided as a guide only and once shipped our reliance is on the service provided. Rural areas both in Australia and overseas may add additional delivery to the time frame. If you have any issues please contact us at hello@inner-bliss.com.au and we will help to resolve delivery issues.

International Shipping

Please note on international shipping: the recipient will be liable for any occurring local duty, taxes and other import costs that may be charged by customs. For all International orders we use DHL delivery.

Lost/stolen packages

KETO BODY Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. If your parcel is missing, we will work with courier company to try and resolve and locate the parcel. Please check that your address is correct when ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility or refund if an item has been returned to us due to this issue. We will contact you and ask for correct address to arrange re-delivery if the parcel is returned to us at standard shipping costs.

When will my order be shipped?

We use Australia Post for our shipping. Orders placed before 9:45am AEST are generally shipped on the same day. All orders placed after 9:45am will be shipped on the following business day. If delays are expected we will contact you by phone or email.

We ship orders as soon as possible from our Melbourne warehouse. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery at a certain time due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays within the Australia Post network. 

Please refer to the table below for approximate delivery times from the day the order is dispatched to when it should be received. Shipping to rural areas may take 1-2 days longer than the below timeframes.
